Hey, I’m Niki 👋
I’m a business strategist, founder, and the person who will absolutely use a tarot card to make a better decision, and then show you the spreadsheet that backs it up.
I’m the founder of HelmCrew, a calm scaling studio helping founder-led businesses build the right team and systems. I also created The Intuitive Founder because I kept noticing something nobody was talking about: the most important business decisions rarely come from data alone.
A bit about me…
I’ve spent 17 years in marketing, growth, and building teams from scratch. I’ve helped founders go from overwhelmed and reactive to running businesses that actually work without them in every room.
I’m also a tarot reader. Not the predictive, fortune-telling kind. The kind that uses 78 cards as a structured thinking framework to help founders get out of their heads and back into their instincts.
I’m a Human Design Generator with sacral authority, which is a very specific way of saying: I’ve learned the hard way that my gut knows things my brain takes weeks to catch up to. Tarot helped me close that gap.
My mission
I’m here for the founders who have done the strategy, built the systems, and still feel like something is missing. Usually because they’ve been taught to ignore the most useful data point they have: themselves.
I believe business intuition is a skill, not a gift. And I think the tools to develop it have been sitting in the wrong rooms for too long.
